Medical Marijuana Program: cultivates, produces, and sells medical marijuana and medical marijuana products to qualifying patients that hold a certificate from a medical provider for use of medical marijuana to treat or alleviate a medical diagnosis or symptoms. Medical marijuana patients can include children, individuals with serious medical conditions such as cancer, Parkinson’s Disease, Epilepsy, and immunocompromised individuals
Adult Use (Recreational) Marijuana Program: cultivates, produces and sells marijuana and marijuana products for recreational use by individuals 21 years of age or older.
